Description   Blitz's latest boost controller keeps the same superb solenoid unit as their Dual SBC boost controller, but adds features found in no other electronic boost controller. For starters, the SBC i-D has four selectable boost settings, plus short-term "scramble" boost, overboost alarm, peak/hold boost gauge, and digital and bar graph boost displays. But then there's the infrared link to the Power Meter i-D. When installed side-by-side, the two devices can communicate to provide speed-dependent boost control, plus logging of boost during timed runs. The SBC i-D is the first electronic boost controller that we know of that can display boost in any units you want, including PSI. At long last, there's a boost controller that speaks your language! No more converting bars or kg/cm2 to PSI... The SBC i-D control unit is half-DIN size and only 0.6" thick, for easy mounting in a radio slot, or any other convenient location.   Features Boost Unit – Can display boost in PSI, bar, KPA, and kg/cm2. Four Channels – Has four different programmable boost settings. Boost Gauge and Peak Hold – This boost controller has a built in boost gauge and peak hold that can be display in booth graph and digital form. Boost Warning and Limiter – This is a safety function allows the user to set the amount of boost decrease in the event of any over boost. Warning in visual display and audible warning. Scramble Boost – The scramble boost feature allows the user to set an increase or decrease in boost for a desired amount of time. Manual or Automatic Boost Setting – The SBC i-D allows the user to set boost both in manual and automatic. Automatic – Sets boost directly, just dial in desired boost setting. Manual – Sets boost in ration, this setting will give maximum boost response. Recommended for high boost vehicles and large turbo. Display – Can display up to 6 different reading, each reading can be display in both digital and graphical form. SBC i-D has the option to display 5 different vehicle readings. Power Meter i-D and SBC Optioonal harness are needed to display other readings. With Power Meter i-D connected, the SBC i-D can display SPEED and POWER. With SBC Optional Harness connected, the SBC i-D can display different electronic output from the ECU (ie. TPS, water temperature, oil pressure, A/F, injector pulse). BOOST: Digital and Graphical OPT1 / SPEED (Power Meter i-D required to display speed): Digital and Graphic Display OPT2 / POWER (Power Meter i-D required to display power): Digital and Graphical Display DATA 1 (SBC Optional harness required): Digital and Graphical Display DATA 2 (SBC Optional harness required): Digital and Graphical Display DATA 3 (SBC Optional harness required): Digital and Graphical Display Record and Replay – SBC i-D has the ability to record and replay any information that was display on the SBC i-D. The SBC i-D can also replay information on the Power Meter and any of the optional data that is display. Replay can be fast forwarded and replayed in 2x and 5x. Speed Map – The SBC i-D has the ability to control boost by speed (Power Meter i-D required). This function allows the user to fine tune the boost according to the speed of the vehicle. speed Map is set up by the different boost channels, the boost controller will switch channels automatically according to the speed of the vehicle, Speed is transfer from the Power Meter i-D by the infrared connection between the SBC i-D and Power Meter i-D. Optional Display – The SBC i-D has the ability to display any electronic outputs from the ECU (SBC Optional Harness required Par #15053). It can read TPS, water temperature, oil pressure, injector pulse, A/F, and etc. The SBC Optional Harness will allow the SBC i-D to display up to 3 different readings, DATA 1~3. Any addition readings can be recorded and replayed. Related Products...
