Description   The Vari-cool II Kit is a complete coolingmist water/methanol injection kit designed for a turbocharged vehicle, supercharged vehicle or normally aspirated vehicle. This system is managed by our state of the art Vari-Cool II controller and powered by our insane 250 PSI pump for ultimate performance and atomization. The Vari-Cool II controller detailed information can be found here Injection Style The Vari-Cool II system will inject progressively based on boost by default. This system can inject based on a 0-5V signal such as a MAF or in combined mode boost and MAF. Lets assume you are injecting on boost. You set the MIN boost and MAX boost on our digital controller and the system will increase flow as your boost increases until you reach your MAX setting at which time you will be at full flow. PUMP This Coolingmist Vari-Cool II system has our state of the art 250 PSI pump with bypass switch for near pulse free operation. Atomization is insane and performance is unmatched. HOSE 15 feet of black high pressure hose will be provided with this kit. TANK This kit ships with your choice of tank. No tank, 2 quart tank or 1 gallon tank. A fitting to tap the tank is included. If you choose no tank, we still give you a fitting to tap your tank. INJECTORS This kti ships with 2 injectors. A 250 CC/M to 500 CC/M and a 500 CC/M to 1200 CC/M injector. The Vari-Cool has the ability to tune the max pump flow if you need to dial in a specific flow. Other injectors are available for custom applications. Checkvalve. This kit includes a nickel plated checkvalve at no additional cost. FITTINGS All fittings in this kit are nickel plated with an oring for positive seal. WIRING 10 feet of primary wire is provided. BOLTS/SCREWS 4 screws to mount the tank and 4 screws to mount the pump are included.   Related Products...
